About the Event
The transitions we face in life are numerous and varied. To name a few, they can range from experiences like navigating your academic development, pivotal career changes, identify defining relationship issues, financial stressors, facing grief and loss, or raising a family with children leaving home (or coming back home!).
Join these small group sessions as we share the wisdom of facing transitional experiences and coping strategies to meet life’s many challenges. Meeting over the course of 3 weeks, the goal will be to develop new personal insights and strategies for optimal living.
Isolation does not need to be your "new normal," come find support and strength in community.
Schedule (Each session will be 1 hour long)
December 2: Session #1 - Intro session and diving in
December 9: Session #2 - Building off our experiences and creating our optimal group therapy program
December 16: Session #3 - Walking away with new resilience and newly formed strategies
